While your appointments and well-being are very important, MyMindBodyHealth understands that sometimes a client needs to cancel or reschedule.  If you need to reschedule or cancel, please give at least 24 hours advance notice. 

Any appointment cancellation or reschedule made less than 24 hours in advance will result in forfeiture of the entire payment.  If you are more than 15 minutes late for your service, MyMIndBodyHealth may not be able to accommodate you. In this case, the same cancellation fee will apply. 

All class registrations require a 50% non-refundable deposit.

Any cancellation fee/non-refundable deposit will be charged to your card on file.  

In the event of a true, unforeseeable emergency (to be determined by MyMindBodyHealth) all or part of your cancellation fee/non-refundable deposit may be applied to future services.
