Book Your Reiki Session with MyMindBodyHealth

At MyMindBodyHealth, we prioritize your appointments and well-being, but we understand that there are times when a client may need to cancel or reschedule their wellness services. If you need to reschedule or cancel, please provide at least 24 hours notice to avoid penalties outlined in our cancellation policy for wellness services. 

Any cancellation or reschedule made less than 24 hours in advance will result in forfeiture of the entire payment. Additionally, if you arrive more than 15 minutes late for your service, MyMindBodyHealth may be unable to accommodate you, and the same cancellation fee will apply. 

For all class registrations, a 50% non-refundable deposit is required. Please note that any cancellation fees or non-refundable deposits will be charged to your card on file. 

In cases of true, unforeseeable emergencies (as determined by MyMindBodyHealth), you may be eligible to apply all or part of your cancellation fee or non-refundable deposit toward future services, such as gift cards for Reiki or other therapies.
